2021 Shamus Rosé

We absolutely love the color and taste/finish of our 2021 Shamus Rosé! This Rosé exceeded our expectations and will not last long. 

It’s a 100% Sangiovese Rosé from the Texas High Plains. The beautiful color comes from 8 hours of skin contact (produced in the Saignée rosé method). 

Aromatics of cranberry, fig, black cherry & citrus zest blend wonderfully with the flavors you'll pick up of watermelon, red cherry & strawberry. The result is a gentled structured Rosé with medium-plus acidity and soft tannins.
